The Alabama Cup Racing Series is made up of the Locust Fork Invitational, 
Mulberry Fork Canoe and Kayak Races (MFCKR) and Locust Fork Whitewater Classic race. Each course consists of approximately 20-25 gates, set on class Il/lll rapids approximately one hundred yards in length. The different color gates signify which direction you must pass for each race.   The racer must navigate between the green poles downstream and the red poles upstream.  Each racecourse within the series is spectator-friendly with walking trails located along side each course.  With some of the best kayakers in the nation coming into Alabama to enjoy the last race of this long lasting series.  Make sure to come over to King’s Bend and check this great event out on Saturday.
